The World Trade Centre Project

The MAF are thrilled to be involved in the World Trade Center Project, a high-rise tower to be constructed in Verdun. This venture is a response to the financial challenges presented by the recent pandemic, designed to reinvigorate financial sector and the overall economy of Mauritius. In conjunction with investment and trade facilitation measures, this project will contribute up to 13% of GDP and create employment for 8695 professionals.

The 50-storey skyscraper will host international and local companies operating in the financial sector, linking them with a global network of 313 licensees represented in 92 countries! This ambitious endeavour will cement the status of Mauritius as the financial gateway to Africa and the wider Indian Ocean region.
